Mark 16:15 Jesus said, "Go everywhere in the world. Tell the good news to everyone."
Our calling was to the Spanish speaking people, but we believe that God called all of us to reach as many nations for the Lord as He allows us to......so we have done missions here in the U.S. (Lousiana after the hurricanes hit), all over Mexico, Guatemala, and Jamaica. We have also supported ministries with medicines, finances, and other supplies sent to Cuba, Spain, Canada, Honduras, Africa, Turkey, Iraq and Afganistan (for the soldiers), Peru, and Sri Lanka. If you or your church group feel led to visit us and do a ministry outreach, please contact us and we can offer several options.
WOTC PASTOR'S CONFERENCE IN ALDAMA, TAMPS. MEXICO
April 2009 brought over 2200 pastors, leaders, and church members to the 2nd annual conference ....WOW was that a lot of people to teach, sleep, bathe, feed, & treat in the medical clinic, but we were blessed with a very hard working crew of volunteers and WOTC staff had everything very organized - Praise the Lord for many blessings and big tents!

Cristo es la Repuesta band does praise & worship (the also put up all the tents! What a blessing this group is to the Lord & Mexico!

John G who was severly injured in the auto accident last year continues to heal both physically and spiritually. Thank the Lord!

Our little Medical Clinic tent!
Martha, Dr. Leo, Dr. Sharmaine, and I (Kathleen) saw over 600 patients!

It was also good to see my boys - adopted spiritual sons that work so hard to win souls for the Kingdom! I am very blessed to be their adopted mom! Jorge David and Jesus Cuevas (Goliath)

A visiting youth group did great singing with the children attending the conference. This song went "I'm a big zero, but Jesus made me a hero"...or something like that! Lots of fun worshiping the Lord in Spanish & English!

ALDAMA MEDFEST
January 2009 found Kathleen once again in Aldama helping WOTC with Medfest which provides medical consults, dental extractions, chiropractor services, and free medicines. This year we saw around 750 patients in 3 days. It was also great to see our friends that help out every year from the US and Mexico, including the young ministry group Cristo es la Repuesta from Cd. Victoria. It was a blessed time.

I worked in the pharmacy and translated as needed for the doctors, etc.

Above Linda C translates for Dr. Leo. Below a little boy waits for his meds, he really fell asleep and his mom caught him falling off the chair.

Kathleen with 2 of her adopted spiritual sons from Cristo es la Repuesta, Jorge David and Jesus (Goliat or Goliath), what great young men working full time for the Lord! Pray for them!

This 4 year old boy had broken his elbow two weeks ago and hadn't recieved any treatment, Kathleen wrapped it tight, please pray it heals correctly!

****************

January 2007 and 2008 found me (Kathleen) in Aldama Mexico assisting Way Of the Cross Ministries with Medfest, which is an outreach to several villages in this farming and ranching area. I was able to translate, and hand out all the meds in the clinic which served several hundred. Above we circled up every morning for prayer and praises. Below, I met up with the local color - see the green horned lizard on my shoulder (very rare and on the endangered list). Evangelism is the thrust of this mission and many souls were saved every day there.

FUTURE TRIPS
1. I (Kathleen) am praying about a trip to Africa in the near future - as the Lord provides and opens the doors.
2. We have promised to return to Jamaica soon, but have not been able to get permission to take the meds into the country. Please pray for this as well.
JAMAICA
June of 2007 took grandson Steven and myself (Kathleen) on a missions trip here with Family Worship Center of Elgin, TX. We spent one day doing clinics at a local preschool for the poor. They were so cute & lovable and many were orphans. We were able to teach about health and love on them, as well as, supply them with needed meds and school supplies. I can't wait to go back.

Above: Grandson Steven is baptized in the ocean - what a great experience that he'll remember forever.
Below: Customs took away most of our meds, but we were able to keep the goodies to make up 50 first aid kits...what a blessing to these people who had almost nothing.
Above: I wrap the ankle of a patient in the church clinic....we saw some 100 patients, and had several salvations during the clinics.

During clinics, the rest of the group mixed and poured several columns of cement for the main level of the new church being build by missionaries in Ocho Rios. It was over 100 degrees and very humid, but God is good and they got a lot accomplished for the kingdom.
GUATEMALA
In 1987, we started out by driving through Mexico (ministering on the way) to Guatemala to work with Living Water Teaching in Quetzaltenango. In this pic Mitch & I visited a nursing home where we fixed furniture and gave them all Mitch's socks, as the floors were cold cement and they had no shoes or socks. They were all very short and mostly of Mayan decent.

At the medical clinics, I prayed with patients after they were seen be the doctors. Many recieved the Lord as savior. I knew this was the life for me. We also visited & ministered in local hospitals, did street ministry, cooked for the missionaries during an evangelistic campaign, and repaired electronic equipment and tools for the missions use. We were hooked for life!
